We are looking for an experienced, hands-on engineer to lead the full customer lifecycle - from technical discovery in the pre-sales phase through post-sales success and long-term customer advocacy. 

This role will own the technical engagement with customers, leading pre-sales discovery, designing value-driven onboarding experiences, and ensuring successful adoption. In addition to acting as a senior technical expert, you will oversee our Customer Support function, managing a small team of Support Engineers to deliver world-class technical assistance and consistently high customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

Pre-Sales & Discovery

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects, partnering with Sales to uncover pain points, security gaps, and requirements.
  • Map business challenges to clear technical solutions and deliver tailored demos focused on value and “Aha” moments.
  • Own the technical success of trials and Proof of Value engagements, ensuring measurable outcomes during evaluation.

Post-Sales, Onboarding & Customer Success

  • Lead hands-on onboarding and implementation, integrating cloud data sources (AWS, GCP, Azure) into customer security stacks.
  • Drive adoption and long-term success through proactive engagement, configuration optimization, and feature enablement.
  • Partner with customers to capture impact, producing technical success stories and ROI narratives.

Support Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a small team of Support Engineers, acting as the final escalation point.
  • Own support operations, including SLAs, ticketing workflows, and high-quality documentation.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager) in cybersecurity, with experience leading teams and complex projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with cloud environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Proven experience integrating security tools via APIs and webhooks across endpoint, cloud, and application security stacks.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to uncover and articulate underlying business and security challenges.
